We coordinate access and inspection bookings, issue resident notices, explain upcoming disruptive activities and maintain progress updates and regular meetings. Clients and occupants know what is happening, what comes next and where their input is needed.

Internal defect review
We carry out an internal defect walk, identify items requiring attention and coordinate trades to complete rectification before handover.
Handover & follow-up
Handover includes the relevant documentation, manuals and schedules. We remain available afterwards and return to address issues with our work.
